Finally palmed the Civic off to my mum, and bought this as my new daily, a 2000 Toyota Mark II GX100.

Defs keen to join in on this lunch and shit talking, won't have a bike but will happily meet up with you lot at a stop.
On another note, looking at selling the parts from my bike I wrecked last year, called up the only local bike wreckers I could find(Action Bike Wreckers on Barrys Point Rd) and told them that I'd had a crash and that the frame had been scrapped due to it being damaged, but the guy straight away said no as he said, for all he knows, it could be stolen. I told him I had evidence that the bike was mine etc, but he seemed extremely uninterested and pretty much blew me off. I guess they won't be getting any of my business then, where else would be suggested? Apart from Trademe.

New Favourite thread.
Want to play an order for:
F4U Corsair - Would have this over anything and everything else. North American P51-D A10 Warthog SR-71 Blackbird B-17 Flying Fortress Antonov 225 (To carry everything else) Spitfire Hurricane P-38 Lockheed F-117 Nighthawk Mig 15
Have lost count of the number of model planes(all WWII fighters) I built over my younger years, adding to my dads cabinet of the hundreds he's built. He(my dad) is the most knowledgeable person you could ever meet when it comes to WWII planes, and can even name any fighter by sound.

Have been meaning to pick up one of the console cameras to try with FaceTrackNoIR. Have tried with a rather shit webcam and being such a low res, just didn't cut it.

Is there something you aren't telling us ? :-P
I admit it guys, I like to wear womens clothing as it empowers my feminine side. No, but I did buy this a bit prematurely, for someone that is no longer in need of it. Hahahaha that video, the start of the conversation when I went to get the jacket was nearly as awkward.

I boughted a new one. 2000 Honda Civic EU1 just as a daily. Putting some doof doof in tomorrow. Def needs some low though too. Can't beat $2000 for a car that usually goes for $4k plus on tardme for ones in worse condition, plus my mate chucked in the 16" Enkei's and mint tires all-round for free.

I think the main issue with it is, you have to be sitting in the perfect spot in the cinema for it to work optimally, great example of this was a couple of weeks back when I went to watch Mad Max in 3D, I was sitting at the back and to the left, and a lot of it was quite out of focus, but other times when I've been sitting near to the middle of the cinema, it's been a lot better.

While I agree with pretty much all points in this thread, I am not yet going to rule out 3D completely. 3D, where you have to wear those glasses, active or not, is just shit. I don't think I've seen a solid representation of it yet, BUT when it comes to 3D in the form of something like the Oculus Rift, this is where I'm hoping it will finally come in to it's own. Having used DK2 for a short amount of time, and with CV1 being just around the corner now with the specs it supposedly will have, I can definitely see 3D as not just a gimmick to TRY and make things more immersive, but as something that will work well and will make the content more immersive.

So this is what I picked up yesterday. Turns out I actually had the cable between the modem and the router in the wrong port on the modem, all sorted now. Just need to do what you said sannz and assign the different rolls to the modem, and the router.

Have it mostly sorted, as in, it will connect to the internet. Now just need to figure out how to change the HG630b from a modem+router, to just be the modem, so the Asus can take over the routing duties.

Recently picked up an Asus RT-AC87U Router, and having trouble getting it to connect to the current Spark HG630b modem+router. Have gone through the basic setup process step by step to no avail. Either I'm missing something crucial, or it can't be done. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
