Reading the interview on IGN its pointing towards the game being everything Mechwarrior fans wanted. They're fixing the "assault" problem, beefier graphics (even if it is brown'n'bloom UE3 crap). Mixing sim with arcade, to make it playable in both ways. The trailer there gives away a lot more detail than you would see at first glance, like how the weapons heat up to fire, and overheat, the audio messages are useful, etc. Looking very good.
Also, hula girl on the bottom right of the cockpit displays.

Maybe if you exercised more than your wrist and index finger you wouldn't be so put off sports. No, I play real sports for mature sportsmen like myself. No sissy footballing for me.

Actually its a sport, a game is something you seem to spend all day doing. To be honest you "serious game players" give your sport a bad rep. You look like pretentious elitists and put off newcomers to your sport. I can't blame them really.

Graphics are fail. I know they're "getting better" but even if the graphics were twice as good as last time I saw it, it would still be in the catagory of unbearable.
