I have got both a mother board and a 19" monitor from them years ago, stuff turned up money was exchanged. Mobo has gone the way of the dinosaurs now, monitor still going strong, didn't have to rma any thing though.
 My rule of thumb to measure the quality of a supplier is how they sort the fuck-ups. Sounds like they don't sort fuck-ups well....

Thanks for the update philo, this thread is really helpful. Looking at popping my build a pc cherry this year.
