OEM keys are usually hidden in the battery compartment now and i agree with Xeno nuke all partitions and do a fresh install use a windows 7 install DVD if you have to but make sure you delete every partition otherwise it will have issues installing.

Just grab the steamapps folder arsey that will keep all your games in tact.
Then reinstall steam and dump folder back and done.

Latency hasn't been an issue so far even with a ping of 120-150.

Enjoying it so far only major gripe i have is the auto MK5 pistol i think its called on the assassin class locks on at reasonable range multi targets and bang corpses in 1 trigger pull.
Other than that its growing on me.

Received a key in the email was excited till i scrolled down a bit and read that it was for the XBOX ONE instead of the PC like i signed up for...
But after some reading it is a error that they are correcting and will replace the XBOX keys with PC for those they got wrong.

Tested last night on a 7850 @ 1680x1050 all settings ultra @ 45 fps avg. Not much difference fps wise but seemed smooth no massive frame drops etc maybe some subtle improvements but will wait on more mature drivers.

I'm tossing up between the i5 4670k and the i7 4770k
The i7 means another week of waiting while I find the cash for the price difference :/ I would wait the week and get better mileage for your dollar.

I have the Windows 8.1 preview x64 at the moment and have to say after a few days of using it it's quite nice to use, very snappy don't have to bother with metro at all really just click desktop and its like your running Windows 7.

I was unable to play above 12 fps at most on Win 7 pro x64.
Installed Win 8.1 x64 preview on a spare drive i had to try it out installed beta etc and now get ~ 30-40 fps and 0 lag / stutter.
I never thought i would move to win 8 but here i am and its starting to grow on me....
EDIT: Specs i have AM3 6100 , 8 gig ram, 7850 2 gig , 1TB Seagate.
