I think its not just you, myself and a few tribe mates froze, then got disconnected when trying to fly near your base. (40/30?)
Could not rejoin unless some wild dino killed us, and we could respawn somewhere else.
Still have fliers stuck over there somewhere too.
Hoping a mod update fixes it.
