I read stuff so that I can see the comments, and fully understand the number of idiots that I share this country with.
I do the same. Except I usually also read the opinion section of The Dominion for even more fill on idiots.

I got one in my PC. Works a dream no issues.
My boot time record from off -> having chrome open is 8 seconds. That's straight after a reformat with UEFI fine tuned though...
Significantly longer on that time when a re-enabled my password.

Descent ( http://store.steampowered.com/app/273570/) - On sale right now! Gosh that nostalgic music. It's a first person shooter as a space ship inside massive futuristic mines. It's very cool.

I play when I get time. Originally addicted to HoN but I have a whole bunch of people I know who play DotA so I'm trying to get back into it. Level 13 is hard to get though!

Never again PB tech tbh.
Our software company bought two of their custom PCs at the end of last year and BOTH of them had dodgey hard drives. We sent them both back and they were fixed/replaced, but having almost 2 weeks without 2 computers in a software company doesn't really work.
And then my mate had his problem. His PC died after a power cut one night (plugged into a surge protector). He sent it to PB tech in Wellington who then broke his case and PSU trying to diagnose the problem (he was there), but they would only fork out for the PSU replacement.

Instructions for chrome:
- Hit F12 - Switch to the console tab - Type the following
$('#wrapper').css('max-width', '126186816817926px');
- Hit enter
You'll have to do that on every page though... There's probably an extension to automate it.
IE and FF can do it too, very similar process.
Edit:
If you set the min-width to 920px and set $('#menu-nav').css('margin-left', '10px') then you get the site looking good in a half screen window (at 1920x1080).

<?php
$param = reset(array_keys($_GET)); $thread = substr($param, 0, strpos($param, '-')); header('Location: index.php?topic=' . $thread); exit; Just wrote that off hand but it should work I think.
Except I got strpos around the wrong way...
