Tanks,vehicles: No,but you may feel more comfortable with one.
Planes:probably alot easier with one.

you can also download the game(a whopping 360 megs) and play offline to try the the different vehicles out etc without signing up.Just download the game then go to programfiles/CRS/Battleground europe/WW2.
im gunna resub at the end off the month when my cap restarts.:rnr:

It takes abit of time to work out what the hell your supposed to to do and where to go.You start as pfc and work your way up the ranks.As you proceed you get to use more and better tanks,weapons etc.Give it time and you will learn to love it.:sunnies:

I like it how it has a functional day/night cycle.
Used to love sneaking around in the dark placing satchel charges on tanks.:heheh:

Hey foxy,long time no see.
Iv been playing ww2O off and on for awhile now.Probably the best fun iv ever had in a game.Graphics are mud but you don't really notice after awhile.Havn't played in about a year so don't know how things have improved.Might have to resign up and see.
P.S where are all the old -101- hanging out these days foxman?
