depends highly on the amount of bandwidth that youre using, 64 players on camp g on 2142, didnt lag once on my telecom 3.5 meg down 128k up line.
so unless you're suggesting bf2 uses more bandwidth than 2142 which uses the exact same engine? fails
me and azure were both on 64 player on one connection with 128 up, full server, neither of us lagged in 2142 lol ... I am not talking about lag. I am talking about ping.

the ping is the latency between you and the server, your speed for uploads has nothing to do with it tbh, although i can't live without full now lol
its great
you are downloading info from the server, and uploading your info back, ie shooting someone, telling where you are shooting, the server telling you where is it going, etc. So upload effects rego, ping, gunning down jets, choppers, you name it, it effects it.

"About three weeks ago I used an app called "CurrPorts" to check how many tcp connections I had open during a torrent download and it was around 350, with realatively good speeds. Tested tonight with two torrents running and same setup in utorrent. Currports shows only 128 tcp connections. Perhaps xnet is limiting the amount of tcp connections somehow. Who knows really. Its all smoke and mirrors at the moment."
I rarely ever connect to more than 150 seeders and there is apparently 36642 atm >< Would you like me to download it then you leech off of me through that hub thingy? I can have it to in in 7 minutes xD

And then repaint it, as after using a water blaster, you would have to.
Mind you, the expensive ones come with multiple settings.

You're torrent plans are ultimate fail. Orcon is where it's at. Xtra. Simply the best, when the government gets involved. ADSL2+ within the next 6 months, free modem every 6 months, and atm, i live in the country, and d/l@ just under 1mb from ICONZ, and upload at about 100kbps. Let me on your interbuts, and you can leech my stuffs
