I fucking hate how there's a fern on it.
It was hard enough trying to learn how to draw the fuck'n union jack in primary school, let alone that bastard.
Its just an asterisk mate, easy as. 1 big corner asterisk, then 4 smaller ones.

Dat episode was good. Its all starting to unravel. Excellent.
Resisting the urge to go back and rewatch before the season ends

Jonty and I did the run around with some euro trash in trackmania last night, so that was cool. I get so hooked on that game....one more map....one more lap....nicked the wall, doesn't count....one more clean lap, lost 0.1 on that loop, one more lap....
Was good to see you on man. Picked it up again as a casual bit of something to do, and now its all I've played for a couple of weeks

I've just been roped in to playing this as well, figured I'd give it a shot since there isn't much else going on online. Learning phase tonight

Upgraded tonight from Win 7 Pro - Win 10 Pro. Upgrade itself was fine, but a few things annoyed me
- NIC wouldn't work after a reboot, but would after a cold boot. Beta NIC drivers released a couple of hours ago to fix... (Asus Sabertooth z87) - I run a dual screen set up, 22" LCD on desk and 40" LED in corner. Windows detected it was a TV and autoscaled text and windows 150%. Interesting feature, but I don't like it in my use case (Spotify looked horrific upscaled). Would be cool for office-type stuff - Corsair Link no worky (apparently work arounds available, sounds like a weekend job) - Second screen on HDMI not detecting until driver update (Nvidia 970)
TLDR - have spare/up to date drivers handy before committing

Its only for launch anyway. People are just impatient and getting mad over free shit.
We aren't stopping people from using other devices, just at present there is always a modem supplied. Other providers do it, so I don't see why it's an issue when we do it (and our device is of a far superior quality)

Frankie Boyle has a great line on this: Would you rather watch a sprinter run 100m in 9.90 seconds, or would you rather watch a sprinter run 100m in 3.2 seconds? So yes, all sports should have a clean and a drugged up version

That sounds too logical, and is therefore not the Chorus way

I dunno. I'll ask those people who had their homes ruined over the weekend. They'd have a better idea.
EDIT: Add me to that list. New place is having the roof replaced.
Upside is, had a yarn to the new neighbour we share the driveway with, he's having a guy come in tomorrow to sort out fibre, so we now obviously have his consent and the landlords to go back to getting fibre installed.
Giz a yell when you are settled in mate, I'll suss you out

Mate come to ChCh, enough work here to sink a battleship.
You don't need any more sinking in CHC
New Brighton still exists, so I'd say we do...

Its showing as $629 now
$580-$620 is ballpark for a GTX 970, so seems reasonable

Right, committing to new card, this item now for sale.
Solid card, still handles GTAV on high settings, and most other games on high/very high type settings
Any takers? $160 + shipping
