having worked with various GTR's and with doing our research for TVIRUS, i agree with everything you just said haha, people way underrate the 33. stoked that it was a *relatively* simple problem haha
me and a few friends are currently building an R33 GTR with the target of making over a thousand horsepower in a daily driven street car, the engine is at RIPS, the body is getting prepped and painted, with aerodynamic peices on the way. For anyone in a place where they can buy a GTR id say do it, that car is absolutely unbelieveable, the potential is endless, it punches way above its weight.
i always watch lol, and if you think the standard donation needles are big you should try apheresis... since they take blood out, centrifuge it and put it back in...
The thing I don't like about this is your blood goes into a machine, which other peoples blood goes into, and gets all washed around and shit. Like sure they would clean the machine between people and what not, but what's to say you get some crazy crappy disease from it?
Lol, im pretty sure it's sanitary, you can probably google it. they do have bags of stuff that get mixed with the blood.

i've donated for year, in fact im donating tomoro morning, as a platelet donor, i donate once a month and im in the chair for nearly two hours, I recommend that everyone who can, should, theres no downside, its helping give people life.
Palmy, a mate has had his TV and Monitor as well as some pictures fall and smash, I was out biking and completely didnt even notice it, didnt realise until an old lady waved me down, but Me, My family, My car and my PC are all ok, so i guess its alright :/
hey army reservist here. even if it is up to scratch, improve your fitness. the fitter you are going in, the better, if your just going in as a mark zero nobody then the maths and english requirements are pretty basic, like 6th form level.
Otherwise, good on you mate. its a champion thing to do
soz pyro actually have to call you on that a little bit, for a lot of engines you're correct and everything u said makes sense, the exceptions are generally the 2L and up turbo beasts the japs were making in the 90's, toyota's 3SGTE and 2JZGTE, nissan's, RB25DET and SR20DET, Subaru's EJ20T and Mitsti's 4G63, all of these engines are capable of far far more than they put out from factory, they were all limited to 280ps by the japanese "gentlemans agreement" take my car for example, claimed factory HP is 255, however everything in the engine is rated to at least 350, just putting a link G4 in my car would make it able to hit 360 Flywheel HP all day (as long as the turbo is steel not ceramic) most of these engines are only held back by a tune and their injectors.
ares, having worked as a dyno tuner, i could not agree more, heres an example, a guy i know turb'd an integra, expects to see an extra 50HP. He got zero and blew up his engine... this is because the factory AFM and tune did not recognize postive pressures, so the car leans out, overheats and explodes, basically any EFI car, the biggest increase you will ever find will come in the form of a proper programmable ECU
hells yes, im just picturing how the "bad boys" like grosjean or maldonado would stack up.
on the season though ive never really been a ferrari fan, i personally would really like to see hamilton win, his and nicos pace has been pretty impressive and seems to be getting better. i would like to see kimi win a few more just cause the press conference is hilarious
and vettel? he can fuck off... we saw last year that when his car wasn't competitive neither was he, i really want to see him put in his place.
it probably wont do any harm, but it would be better to go out and spent like the 10 or 15 dollars a litre of oil will cost you
explanation of oil follows:
the W simply denotes thats the oil is a winter grade oil, and therefore suitable for NZ the numbers are viscosity ratings measured in times thicker that water the lower number is the hot rating, the high number is the cold rating
so 10W30 is thirty times thicker than water when cold, and ten times thicker when hot 15W40 is 40 times thicker when cold and 15 times thicker when hot
your friendly GetSome mechanic apprentice suggests only using the recommended oil for the engine, though you *most likely* wont do any harm by not
yea to be fair in my time dyno tuning i did come across several 7 cyl chevy V8s, a couple of 4 and 5 cylinder nissan straight 6's, and a one cylinder integra (yes really)
wrong transfluid? make sure u have the right type (dexron II, dexron III, so on) check the loom to the gearbox is plugged in properly other than that not sure, dont have much experience with tiptronics sorry
