Battlefield / 120 Hours double XP
« on: August 25, 2013, 02:55:50 pm »
Such a pity that you can't make a new soldier, I enjoy the ranking up. Like CoD prestige mode or BFBC2 had alternates.

I got a free copy of BF3 with PlayStationPlus and played a bit of that, was fun to go up ranks and stuff.

Still BF4 to start it all again!

I think it is good they are mixing it up. So the weapons are dif from BF3, otherwise it would just be a big expansion.

What are you on about? Half the time the BC2 knife was rubber
But in BC2 knifing works from front back and sides with super lunge kill. Still failed heaps but much more opportunity to use it

I love knifing in BF3 - the kill scene is just ever so satisfying
Me to, was trying to be top NZ knife kills but some guy has like 7.5k so I gave up and sit in second at last check

MadMike;1507610']BC2 was far better than Bf3... I really cant believe I just said that...
me neither

THIS..

1500 hours BC2 vs 156 BF3.. for me.. roughly 10x more hours in BC2 as well.

Mmmm

PLUS

EQUALS 500 hours
 vs

410 hours...

...but I am still playing BF3 (when I get away from Borderlands 2 ;))
BF3 is much better even without the auto all angles kill knife of BC2

Having played BC1 I can tell you it's better than BC2, both in single player and multiplayer.
Yup the SP was funny and enjoyable not some lame CoD wannabe.

I was really trying to hit 50 on my alt, but I haven't been able to finish a round for ages without a CTD. Thankfully I have Prestige crack on Black Ops... gotta get the golden guns! ;)

Yeah Shufti comes from Brit Forces from  Shufti: arabic to have a look. have a shufti at that. The shufti kite was a recon plane, for example.
Probably entered the Kiwi vernacular post WWars, I guess.

One of my faves is 'gruts' for undies, I wonder if that is a local one from around here?

RPG (the real ones, not PC) players can get some stuff and support at the same time. RPGNow raised a huge amount for Haiti and India. At no small cost to themselves, their sales for months after slump.

Geeks can follow this link, I did: http://www.rpgnow.com/product_info.php?products_id=88713

Baghdad by green screen...

When I was 9 I played the Hobbit on a green screen, fast forward a 20 years and I played 'dodge the SA2'... on a green screen. Ah the advance of technology!
