haha its exactly the same thing u'd here from every other dubstep dj all good if you're not into the roots of dubstep but without at least knowing where it came from how are you gonna judge whats dubstep or not?

I like Mt Eden. Whether or not they're dub-step is another question.
lol mt eden is dubstep, the problem is that dubstep is such a wide genre of sound so unless you've been listen to it for a while and know the 'roots', it gets really hard to tell what is and isn't 'dubstep'. example... you listen to some of the dubstep that was dropping in 2003-04 and compare it with todays 'filth' and it sounds like totally different genres. Id almost say all the dubstep being played today is a sub-genre.
check out coki, dmz, cotti, cluekid etc and get a feel for the true shit then you'll understand what I mean.
