WHERES ALL MY BEBO STUFFS!?!?
FAQsWhere's the old Bebo?Old Bebo was great fun, but ultimately time passed it by and people moved onto other (blue-er) social networks.Last year, we (the original founders) bought Bebo back for $1M to re-invent it as something new.We loved the old skins, customization, creativity, and fun of the old Bebo, but wanted to bring that back in a new way. Everybody else is trying to be very “serious” about social networking, which feels a bit strange to us. The new Bebo is for people who don’t take life too seriously.I’d love for you to try it out, and let me know what you think (add me, my username is "shaan").As for your old photos, we know how important they are to you. We have good (and not so good) photo memories on the old Bebo, and they will be available starting January 31st 2015.

Bebo founder Michael Birch buys back failing $850m social network for $1mTuesday 02 July 2013The British founder of Bebo, the social network which briefly soared in the noughties, has bought back the company he originally sold for $850 million for just $1 million.Launched in 2005 by Michael Birch, with his wife Xochi, Bebo swiftly became the number one online hang-out for UK teenagers to chat and share pictures. But the craze faded and by the time Birch sold Bebo to AOL in 2008, tech analysts warned that the $850 million price was far too steep for a second-tier social network, whose 40 million users began to dwindle as Facebook stole its thunder....Yesterday he announced that Monkey Inferno, his San Francisco-based investment company has bought Bebo’s assets from the receivers for $1 million in an auction.
