his street art has changed a bit, using like strokes to define the fur of the rats as opposed to just a black stencil

I dont like it as much, seems too conformist to paint in strokes....but then I remember they're 20ft tall and done at night with brilliant subject and i forgive him.

Yes that is in the Chernobyl fair grounds, the radiation thingy is called a Geiger counter/meter iirc.
