Yep, you'll have to get the manual out. For water shots you either set it real fast to attempt to 'stop' the water, or else set it quite slow (may need tripod) to make the water all soft and flowing.

There's a difference between cruelty to animals and raising animals for nutritional purposes. Hell we do it in NZ - got Beef, Lamb, Pork, Venison, Chicken.
