Sloppy Wii rip off? Now i don't know much about the Wii interface but what gaming system have you EVER heard of that completely redesigned it's GUI because the fans didn't like it? I think it's pretty huge that Microsoft listened to it's players when they said "The GUI is much to clumsy and doesn't represent the casual gamer".

Poor media compatibility? A lot of users of the PS3 get their compatibility via TVersity. TVersity works just fine with the Xbox as well. Doesn't the 360 now support DivX straight off the console as per some recent updates?

Xbox and Microsoft have some of the worlds highest rating phone support. Yeah, the RROD thing sucks balls, but i beleive Xbox are handling it pretty damn well. Free postage and return postage of a RROD Xbox with added warranty after it's been repaired is pretty good.

Shit, PS3 doesn't even offer Dualshock out of the box. When i wanted a dualshock controller when i had my PS3 i was looking at $100+ for a DS3 controller.

I really don't see the point in an open debate between xbox and playstation, just google it and lol at other debates over it tbh.

Im just stating my experience with their systems and how I know its done internally (i know...them people on the inside... they be hooking me up... hooking me good...) and i apologize if my comment seemed overzealous but after looking at xbox 360s for so long, especially after having the first series xbox go so well for me, it really was a let down compared to the effort they had going before. funny thing is that naughty dogs developments will be ps3 only despite all the fanboy brands bring ps only (thats right, jak and daxter isnt dead yet...), rockstars next gta installment is apparently going to be ps3 only, if its on 360 they'll make it multi disk, content was dropped to fit it on 360.

Sort of like how microsoft made demands for square to cut the ps3 version down so that ff13 was a raped piece of trash for 360, but it still looks like ps3 will have a lot more content thank god.

PS3's didn't start shipping with DS controllers in them until recently. Sony fucked over the makers of DS and were told they where no longer allowed to bundle it with their consoles, there was a huge court case about it. My 40G model only come with SIXAXIS controllers.

So i actually checked out the Wii interface, and the only thing i can see that is anything remotely like the Wii is the new Character Avatars.
