It was a true feat of engineering acheived by PLA enterprises today when they built their new office building sky-scraper in mere minutes! The abstract building is supposed to resemble the point where all PLA soldiers used to flock to.

With that pokemon game editor program I got, I've started to subsitute all of the wild pokemon and starting pokemon in ruby back to the original set of 151. 'Cause the editor only works with ruby and sapphire, it makes me very sad.

Have you tried manually updating Punkbuster by manually going to http://www.evenbalance.com and manually downloading the manual Pokemon updating tool. Hope this works, it worked for me.
