na, I mean shine as in terms of performance. Most Thermalright coolers have quite concave base' out of the box thats all.

I couldn't install 1.4 after NS, got an error message. So mine probably won't work.

ok mate try this

uninstall 2142 keep your 2142 folder in mydocs as this doesnt effect install at all.

copy and paste the eadm cache folder onto your desktop, delete the electronic arts folder.

Reinstall 2142

run eadm and login, start the ns download the cancel and exit eadm

now delete the new eadm cache folder created, and replace it with the one you jsut copied to your desktop.

apply 1.4 patch

run eadm and install ns

apply 1.4 patch again

you can check the patch log to see if its patching the ns content its in the 2142 folder, delete the log and patch again it will tell you whats been patched etc but only do this if it isnt working

now apply 1.5

good to go
