Well if it is as successful as Spore (which also had a max of 5 installs? before you had to ring up and get more activations) then you won't need to install it more than once.

But if you look at games like rFactor, they pull off the DRM type stuff, you can only activate rFactor 4 or 5 times, then you have to email who ever and they give you more, pretty well instantly.

Just have to tell them that you have uninstalled or formatted.
