I can remember those times when we used to spam threads up hardcore, would be getting the 30 second message with every post I tried to submit.

my boss at work said he rang them up and asked why they were throttling his speeds, they said they werent, as soon as he hung up his speeds were "magically restored"

so theyre obviously throttling hoping you dont notice

I might try that, as I've noticed my Torrents seem to average 30KB/s and On GO Large I had the same thing, and they WHERE throttling

At hours from around 4pm to Midnight i get 150Kbs on RS. During the day and the early hours of the morning i will get 450Kbs.

I get 5-9kbs on Torrents around the clock.

BL man, I get 500-700 kb anytime in the day on RS(premium acc)...don't use torrents tbh, glad I checked there new plans they look a bit better.

with megaupload pro i get around 1-2 mbps lol, 500-1mbps with the telecom line

I like netload the best tbh, I get hax speeds with a free acc..usually round the same as my rs prem speeds.
