My father has experinces a somewhat massive decrease in orcon speed over the past few months resulting in almost dialup speeds most of the time. They recomended he move to ADSL 2 and omg what do you know... almost all international websites wont load, and those that do for some reason dont timeout after 5 minutes of wait time... nationals okay... ish. poo poo to orcon i say. used to be good a year ago.
