got my soundcard

5.1 in bf2 & 2142 is insane, can hear people from so far away

everything sounds so fucking good

tested it out in call of duty too, ridiculously easy to find people now lol so A+++ card

although getting drivers was a pain in the ass, they make you register your serial number, and mine was already taken apparently. In the end i managed to get updated drivers which enhanced the audio experience even more.

Just installed Freeview H|D last night. The Olympics broadcast is pretty disappointing. At first i was blown away, but as i got used to it and as i looked at the other channels, i began to realise that it is pretty arse in some stages. The rowing seemed to look the worse.

TVNZ is only broadcasting olympics in HD on channel one (afaik anyway, they don't have that big HD thing in the top right on the other channel), I never really noticed a difference at first but now it does seem alot better.

I think it was the rowing that had the bad broadcast.

For some reason it was just bad quality compared to other events and other channels.

Channel 7 reception is arse. (Compared to other HD channels). Sound quality is horrible.

Yeah well obviously not everything is HD yet, I just go by if there is a HD in the top right then I know for sure its HD

Mine randomly double clicks and then fails to click. I'll just keep with it, last time it fixed itself with the double clicking, will just wait and see with the fail clicks. Trying different usb ports..
