Fast Crew - Breathe It In

Got their album as well. NZ hip-hop is alive and well tbh. I did hear this was an underrated overlooked album ['Set The Record Straight'] and I do feel this was right. Production is top notch.

A shame really. It's a fantastic album. Also they don't take themselves seriously and there are a few lines poking fun at hip-hop in a few songs.
Also they got much better album songs than their singles, in which they even admit it was written by them to have mainstream appeal. Judging music by one line of lyric = stupid.

Going by that logic, I'd never like Eminem's 'Marshall Mathers LP' (one of the best rap albums out there tbh, mainstream or underground).

Been listening to all sorts of stuff lately, something different every weekend - it's been Motown/Temptations all day. Love it.

But also getting into some Liquid and folk (well, Matt Costa).

That's fine. What I'm mostly pointing is judge the music, not just one silly line of lyric. If it still isn't your taste, so be it but don't judge an entire music group based on one line of lyric taken out of context.

That's like me judging Cannibal Corpse based on I dunno, every single line of lyric or judging Tool 'Prison Sex' just purely on the title of the song....

No Doubt - Don't Speak [1998 Grammy Nominee Compilation CD version]

i.e. better quality than the album version and better mastered to fill Grammy judge standards. Grammy Awards nominee compilation albums are the shizz for quality

Rev Theory - Hell Yeah

This song wreaks of mainstream rock [high powered, high energy song, particularly in chorus] but meh
