Be careful with that.  Those bags are designed to direct any static current around the outside of the bag, keeping it away from the precious contents inside.  By placing said precious on top of the bag, you're exposing it to a bit of risk.

Yeah if you have to use a  bag split it down one side and along the bottom use it with inside has contact surface.

Haha yeah my shelf is covered in stuff and is actually used but with 2 monitors fighting for desk space = monitors pop out lots. Kinda like BOOM MONITOR IN FACE>
