try playing with the curves more rather than hdr i find it much more effective with targeting problem areas in a photo (just my own opinion)

What do you use to do the HDR ? photoshop ?
if so try and turn down the edge glow a bit to try and remove some of the highlight thats superimposed around the trees (unless thats the desired effect:P )

That was the desired effect.
It was during sunset, but doesn't really show it however. The brightness gives it that surreal effect that im rather taking a liking to. Here, check this shit out yo...
Quite possibly the most beautiful effect ever created. Spare the bandwidth and pump it up to 720.

What settings did you use for each of the shots you used to compile the HDR car photos swindle? Very vivid.
Like the botanic gardens shot there too meat.

I really like your first one Krasher.
Was down at my grandparent's place today and this piece of metal was floating in the water, even more interesting is that there was hundreds if not more people there to see it.

My photos are all from Adelaide - South Australia. Specifically the above were from Port Adelaide.

Cheers, Mine were taken at Forestry Beach - just south of Mangawhai at sunset last night....and at my house...it's location is top secret.

Damn it, so I just took my dog for a walk, for some reason decided that this one time (first in a long time) I won't take my camera with me - mainly because it's impossible to get my dog to stay still so that makes it hard to concentrate on taking photos.
Of course once I got down to the Torrens river (Adelaide's main river) there was this decent sized lizard (almost half a metre in length) sun bathing on a rock right in the river, it looked so awesome, ahd it's head crocked up . I pulled out my iPhone but by the time I got that thing all loaded up the darn lizard had moved off.
Lesson learned, take your camera everywhere!
