Badluck prolax!

ok here are mine again, new D90, just a bit of mucking around.



The mooooooooon, 1/30 300mm, not very sharp, not the best lense and was a misty haze over the moon too.



And lastly, my 1st star-trail. From my backyard, 20 x 30second exposures, then stacked in PS. I couldn't get a static object in it as there was too much light pollution around, will do some more in the weekend whn I have more time up my sleeves.

ahhh, it's only in as a trial as a static object, you will see why soon, PS is stacking for me at the moment, takes a while for 40 raw images to be stacked...... i hate to think how long it will take when I start doin many hundred!

This is all for learning so I can go do this stuff in the real dpeth of night away from city lights etc.

And done!

40 images stacked, the bluer one is with no corrections done at all, the blacker one is just a levels adjustment and nothing else. Have obviously been resized.

I am happy with the result, now I just need more time up my sleeve and a better location!

Yeah bro, same thing but less chance to fuck up, also counters the issue of low-light noise!

I dont have a proper remote to shutter release yet, and the tethering to the mac is doing something screwy with bulb mode too, need to do some more tests to do a many minute exposure.
