Get in there Orient!

Was a good game actually, I'm not unhappy with it, apart from it being another fixture for the team, however I predict that exactly the same players will play the home game.

Yea a bright start that lost momentum towards the end, couple of stupid yellows too, but better from Torres. Anelka's form continues. That's a great result going into our first meeting this season against Scumchester United, not that we'll get anything like the space up front like we got today.

Quite chuffed Spurs slipped up in the league too.

Apparently they've scored one goal this year away from home.

If we do not win this game then I will eat my own fist.

I think Marseille should have a good chance of winning, Man U are not that great away from home.

haha nice, shoulda just cut to the chase and said '...Man U are shite.' shouldn't I?

Champions league was a bit dull this morning, I think not getting an away goal is a dodgy result for ManU. Nicely poised now because Marseille will play it safe, no rush for them to score, the longer the game goes on at 0-0, the less time the Mancs will have to turn it around if Marseille do nick one. So, the Mancs will feel they have to score early and come at them from the off leaving themselves open.

According to Phil McNulty, BBC, Marseille are one of the finest counter-attacking teams in Europe.

Here's hoping ;p

Double blow for Arsenal, No Walcott or Fabregas for the next few games by the looks.

Fucking rugby players. Seriously, I hope Stoke get relegated, then relegated again next season.

We had 71% possession.

Oh well, hopefully RVP will be fit for the CC. We should not need Cesc, Walcott and his pace would probably have been my choice if I had to pick from the two of them now, but you don't get that, Cesc's hamstring is a real bitch, once Wigan beat Man U on the weekend, and after our next few games (after beating Barca) I think we should just take Cesc off, rip out his hamstring and give him a new leg. Or at least a new hamstring.

A little more work for the lady dusting the trophy cabinet.
The Hammers beating Liverpool was another surprise. The Hammers beating anyone is a surprise.

Wilshire was still MOTM.

Taken from another forum.

Also, experience? We had Bendtner, van Persie, Clichy, Sagna, Song, Rosicky, Nasri, Chamakh, Arshavin today with considerable experience in the CL/World Cup/Premiership

All of them have been in the game for years, it's got nothing to do with experience or youth, we lost, we did not deserve to win, Brum played well, they did deserve to win.

Although to lose in such a way, I believe this is the first game that our GK has fucked up at all, and oh he fucked up royally, Brum should have had a penalty or at least a very close FK in the first few minutes.

That RVp goal was massive thoguh! :P

hehe Spork, you really need to get tongue in cheek, you got beat by Birmingham...who have players like Bowyer and Carr....you explain it?

You should still review your list of 'experienced' Arsenal players though.

I was just starting to think that perhaps there WONT be a Brum goal right at the end just to punch us in the face, thinking that the fitness of Arsenal will be fine to take the game to them in ET. Then that happened. Oh well, it is great for Birmingham to win a trophy. I don't mind them, except for the Eduardo incident.

So never mind all that, predictions for Chelsea ManU?

Are Chelsea on the bounce back?
Is ManU's away record 'a bit suss'?
Chelsea under less pressure and arguably better rested after not playing the weekend?
Maybe Cashley will get his sniper rifle out again and shoot Hernandez?

Should be a cracker though.
