Mm, I didn't even expect this thrashing, and you can usually tell.

We had our first choice back four except for perhaps Santos at LB, yet all four of Sagna Koscielny Vermaelan and Gibbs looked horrible, which wasn't helped by the fact that they got no help at all from the midfield, Walcott was looking clueless the whole time he was on the pitch.

But oh well, I didn't expect us to get much further than this, not with the season we have had. Also I don't mind AC Milan, so if they do beat us after next game is finished, then I think it'd be good of them to go on and win it.

Sucks that Henry has now gone back to New York.

"Sacked in the morning" and "Jose Mourinho", too loud to be the Brums was definitely us. AVB's naive and arrogant comments have enraged the faithful. Terrible show, so glad I stayed up to 3am watching a pretty average online feed. Luiz all over the place, Sturridge not in the middle, Mata playing left again, even though we know he's best in behind....not sure what AVB was thinking. I thought Cahill had a good game though.

Anyway, I guess it needs to happen, squad clearly not behind him and if he thinks Roman will put up with shit like that for long, I'd say he's mistaken. We won't get anything this season playing like that and it won't get turned round overnight either, so..bye bye CL for a season at least. Let's just hope Roman Abramovich stays interested in football.
