How when they "remaster" an album they include any remixes.

example: earthling by david bowie, instead of having the original "I'm afraid of americans" I'm afraid they've replaced it with the NIN + Bowie version, which while good doesn't feel as heavy as the original? that bass is almost dubstep. I think bowie was really close to inventing dubstep with that one.
