so far, not yet. The way the first half of this season played out I wouldn't be surprised if it was as boring in the second half.

if the comics are anything to go by (and so far they aren't...ie shane is killed in the 2nd comic) it should be action o plenty coming up.

I think it is just starting to show Rick turning into someone who blurs the line between right and wrong, this is how the comic plays out, justifiable killing trying to keep your clan safe etc. Another point in the comic is that Rick always rushes to help everyone not thinking about his family, which also happens alot in the series. It annoyed me that Lori hit someone and flip the car! That was a bit OTT

Development is still painfully slow. It seems an entire ep goes by and only one small event happens.

Interesting development, in the comics Dayle stays around alot longer. He does get bitten, but it is on the foot and rick hacks it off and he lives. However he gets kidnapped by a group of survivers who are cannibles and take his other leg off and eat it in front of him. They need to get out of the farm and show what the rest of the world is like, how it has fallen to shit and what sort of people have come to power.

Is anyone else detecting religious themes? Condemned to purgatory. Dayle argues for forgiveness thus redeeming himself, only to die and be removed from purgatory and presumably whisked up to heaven. I just know thats how religious nutters in US will be looking at it. If they watch such a show. I bet that this is what they imagine the world will be like after a "rapture"

New season, first ep was epic. loved the

zombies in riot gear. I liked how time had passed (a winter) between the 2 series. Carl is now a wee man not a boy.

ep 2 didn't pan out the way i expected it would.

rick has really stepped it up a notch, he really is looking out for the group alot more. he has taken the role well. Also interesting to see him a lorrie drifting apart while deciding to remain amicable. (that is probably until the baby comes along and this will no doubt bring them together again.)
