The owner requested EQC lift the carpets.


The EQC representative denied the need to lift the carpets, instead he asked the owner if he had a cat. The owner said no he doesn't have a cat. EQC representative asked if his neighbour has a cat, the owner replied that he didn't know if the neighbour has a cat and asked what purpose was a cat.
