I hear you on insurance, our house though it appears fine, on close inspection is slowly crumbling to bits. The floor in our living are is like a trampoline!

Sure it was an aftershock? There is demo work going on next to our building and they're blowing up pillars and walls, makes our whole building jump lol

yep, they're still happening... haven't felt many of them lately, thank god. Well, the one this arvo was big enough to notice.

I was talking to our ex-neighbour about 2 weeks back, he says our house wobbled reaaaaallll good in a decent aftershock... he thought it was about to come down!

Speaking of coming down... which it probably will... AMI has only a few more days before I go postal on their asses. Just let me get this damn essay finished and then they better be makin a decision real fast... or the wrath of bitchimom will be unleashed, and that ain't pretty :devil2:



is funny, cos when I was visiting my buddy in San Fransisco earlier this year, we were talking about the big earthquake they had in 89... I finally got round to looking it up today and theirs was 6.9 and lasted 15 seconds - ours was 7.1 and lasted 45 seconds. I think bragging rights are ours... but ya know, I don't really want them in this case :glare:
