You've sucked it up for long enough bro. I haven't much experience with working with douchebags as most people in my industry are pretty good guys (bar 1 or 2 I know of who have a bad rep amongst top-shelf clients).

I can't imagine much changing if you were to talk to management as the ones causing the strife would most likely turn up the passive-aggressive dial and make things worse. If you're of any worth to the people you work with (I can't imagine you aren't, it's just the case of those people recognizing it) they'll be upset with your resignation and attempt to do something about it.

What sort of work you looking for bromeister? Got any career aspirations? Nows the time to start working towards those.

I raised it with management, problem being the manager is a friend of one of the morons.. that person said they'd keep an eye on it - nothing changed.

Funny you mention it, I have looked into this a quite bit.

A: I'd get to train and not sit on my ass all day long
B: get to help others train - I've seen some amazing transformations just from adjusting diets and exercise effect not only the way you look but it even gives people crazy confidence boosts in other aspects of their lives.
