Clean the dust out of it, do some cable management.

I reinstalled Win 7 last night. Fucking raged so bad when I realised I didn't back up my save-games.

I want to buy some braided power cables to replace the stiff-as-a-dead-nun cables that come with most modular PSU's. Butt-fuck they're expensive. Almost $200 to replace all the current cables.
