Only advice I can offer is what I did when I was coming off my codeine highs, took about 2 months.

Don't fight it, if you are in bed, and can't sleep, get out of bed and do something 'RELAXING' don't lay in bed and watch a movie, get out of bed, this is important, sleep in bed only, don't make it your trying to become sleepy area too.

Try and make a routine when you get into bed - fap, day dream about growler in a bacon thong, sleep. Then try and make sure you stick as close to that as possible, same routine each time. Something that takes about 5 minutes or so. Your body will start to learn that this is your sleep routine. Profit.

It won't happen over night, but it will happen!

I'd second that... limited liability company offers more protection to the individual operator/owner than sole trader. It's been over a decade since I incorporated my company but it all made sense at the time. It doesn't cost that much and you can do it all online
