Nil basically. Every once in a while a job comes up in my industry around these parts. It's only recently that I have begun looking again.

It's awesome to see people hiring juniors and giving them experience but it's only further raping the design industry. They pump out more and more experienced designers because of it, and where do they go once they have done their junior role? Nowhere because everyone is hiring juniors to side-step what a senior can ask for in a wage.

The industry needs to work with what seniors and experienced designers it already has instead of hiring juniors because it's creating a false economy. People begin to think that there are plentiful positions out there which influences people to study and become qualified only to completely and utterly over saturate the market.

So people like me, the qualified and experienced are left wondering.
