But all the same its quite a lot of horseshit really. I had a similar situation where i applied for job at a company i had worked before at, on top of having great refs, great past experiences, and a fairly decent interview. Got rejected, and still to this day don't have a clue why. Sometimes i don't know what the mindset of some of the people doing the hiring are. Seems like they are happy to overlook extremely suitable applicants, because they don't meet one piece of criteria. Still, ended up getting a much better job after i got rejected from that one, so all i can say is chin up and hope a better opportunity is around the corner.

Yeah, what Toofast said. All that work I have done for them was done in a professional capacity. They are portfolio pieces I have created for them whilst working in my current position. I can't see how someone else was in a better position to get the job especially after all that I listed + once being on the Massey payroll.

I managed to get some feedback though, apparently it came down between me and someone else and apparently the other guy had more experience.
