if you mean a water blaster ....actually a steam cleaner is much better, just avoid blasting the engine cpu directly and get some enviro degreaser first and give everything a good spray

I meant the general area under my hood. Calm down Pyro. Also they only go in there at night, and I've never actually seen them in there but there is often a few dropping about.

This is not yamerica. The large panel that covers your engine is called a bonnet.
I don't recommend poison in case they're crawling into your vents. Nothing worse than a dead mouse stuck by the heater :<
