I have no idea, tey aren't thinking it was a touch screen tv, but on the side there was labels for changing te volume and channel and on/off button, and the physical buttons were right next to the directions, and the customer kept trying to press the diagram not the actual buttons.

They packed it up, brought it back into the store and insisted on trying it out even though we had exactly the same tv on the floor..

They persisted - asked if I'd swap their TV for the one we had on display to which I told them that our TV had been on ten hours a day, every single day for at least the last six months, they accepted that, packed up their TV and left. I was fine with the whole situation even though they were a bit stubborn - as I knew they were just being idiots.
