just had someone call work to book in for next weekend for her kids birthday party, but having already sent out the invites n shit saying to be here at 11 on saturday. by pure chance i was able to fit it in at that time

when i told her they would have to be here at 10.50, she went nuts cause she told them to be here at 11.


she decided it would be easier to shift it to 12.30 on sunday and send out fresh invites, than it would be to ask people to be there ten minutes before the time she asked

try fielding a call from some nutter who decided to complain to the big boss because she called our office at 5.15pm. We close at 5pm. Even if we did overtime the phones automatically switch off at 5.05pm.

How dare we close at 5 pm even though our business hours clearly state 8.30-5pm
