I currently have the pleasure of learning what happens when a mirror raid goes haywire

Reinstalled xp on this pc like a year ago, it has mirror raid, now yesterday it stopped booting, I decided to try one disk at a time, the master disk has the old install from over a year ago, the slave has new install... replication isn't working... then it decided to drop the entire bloody ntfs table so rebuilding it at the moment -_-

hopefully this resolves my issue. Now my next problem is I get bootloop with both running since the newer build tries to boot but the master says nopelol

Easy fix.

If you boot xp into recoveru console.

Use the recovery commands to set on the main boot disk to remove the boot sector and reinitalise it..  Its all there.

Just google 12 steps when  xp wont boot revocovery and you will find a guide on it.
