Got a phone call last night, I answer and it takes a few seconds to click over, then my ear is raped with "Hi, I'm Mike Smith from Las Vegas, you have been chosen as our lucky rewards recipient, to claim your reward press 9 now, that's 9 on the keypad" - all in a smarmy TV host/car salesmen slimy type of voice.

I was upset that my long string of profanity fell on deaf ears due to it being a recording.

maahahahahahahah thats what i did the other day. i left it on speaker phone to hear the whole thing. then someone picked up the phone and i could hear people talkign in the background then they hung up the phone LOL

I get two or three calls a day at work from people in 'New York City, offering me a deal where I will never get a virus on my computer again for $2000.'

I also get a few calls a week from customers inquiring about such deals, asking whether it is a scam or not.

Speakers (Mission 761i) = Slight mid emphasis, deep soundstage (that's restricted by my wall tbh), I feel the imaging is better on the Tannoy F1's tbh but overall the Mission's sound better, even if I'm underamping them atm. Can't take off the grills on the Mission = slight annoyance but hey. The Tannoys have slightly more bass emphasis. Detail is much better on the Missions. Due to this, the Missions sound 'brighter'. Some slight EQ does the trick. Having the speakers so close to the wall restricts the soundstage depth but oh well, I'd have to live with that.
