Sent my laptop off for repairs last week because it was overheating. Service center looks at it, reseats heatsink and it's running a lot cooler than what it was for me. Cool beans. Get a phone call on Monday saying they'll send it off back to JB-HiFi so I can pick it up on Tuesday.

Go in today, go to a JB-HiFi bro and ask about it, he looks in store room and on system: "LOL NO BRO, WE DUN'T HAV IT.".

Sigh, cue the usual run around bullshit. Hopefully it's still in transit and it hasn't been sent to JB-HiFi HQ as I'll never see it again if it has.
