No problem with Virgin for me, cheapest tickets and no delays/losses of shit.

Wouldn't go Jetstar, really bad publicity.

This^. I fly far too often for work, and choice of airline comes down to the most suitable arrival and depature times 60-70% of the time.
Although domestically AirNZs in flight product is basically the same as a budget airline, the on ground service levels are much higher, and the staff are more inclined to sort out issues instead of fobbing you off. Pacific blue are actually a close second, and Jetstar are the fucking pits. International is where AirNZ comes into its own, and where a decent airline matters

Problems with jetstar:
*Cash only on domestic flights - actually had a hostess pour out a coffee shed made me on a redeye flight just after they stopped taking card.
*They lost my luggage a couple of times including sending it to perth when I was taking a Sydney - Gold Coast flight & as a nice change, calling me after a chch - AKL flight to tell me theyd lost the checked in luggage I never had 8-/
*Pacific/virgin blue have much hotter hostess' If i have to fly a cheap airline I want Eye Candy DAMMIT!

Having said all that, theyre still much better than easyjet & ryanair - the flying septic tanks of the airline world/

However the worst "full price" airline has to be a tie between american and british airways, with Qantas close behind. Although I'll be fucked if I'll fly qantas at the moment.

I don't know much about baconnaise but Hollandaise is easy to make, you could like, blend some bacon and add it?

Hollandaise.

- three egg yolks
- half shell of vinegar
- half shell of hot water
- melted butter (about half a cup, can be done in the microwave)

Separate the egg yolks from the eggs and keep a good half shell for measurement.

Boil a pot of water and use a metal dish over the top as if melting chocolate.
Add egg yolks, hot water and vinegar and whisk until it holds its shape and is light and fluffy.
Whip butter in gradually and taste until just right.

Done. So easy.

I love a good flight.
Lazing around, watching movies and getting fed WHILE in route to somewhere new and exciting. What could be better?
