why dont YOU make the call to approach the property manager to see if you could get a plumber in to take a look and either you pay for it out of some rent money or have the tradesman invoice Quinovic?  also as most mothers out there will tell you - any spare time is valuable and hard to come by so if you approaching Quinovic to get resolution to an issue which will enable your wife to be less stressed and have more time on her hands to sleep etc then you should do so.

you are well within your right to seek maintenance and repairs, and to be honest waiting for 6 weeks is quite unacceptable - do you think they would be content to wait 6 weeks for rent payment?  i dont think so.

So I just installed a new PSU (Corsair AX1200 - Because I fucking lover overkill). and now 4 of my drives are recognising at all.. Fuuuuuuuu.

Most likely just loose sata cables, but I made sure to tidy up my PC as much as I could, and now I have to pull it all apart and re cable shit.
