we had two people leave the flat in the middle of the year, we were lucky not to be kicked out

to get the bond paid back, we needed all 5 signatures, we had 2 of them, one guy was in the states for a year, and the other two we didn't talk to, only the guy in the states did.

was a massive PITA, but worth it now
