Well, to be honest they just wiped the bill clean (it was 1k).
I changed to international roaming, the lady who switched it told me I could use my cap in NZ ($400) and it wouldn't cost me to recieve calls. She was $1000 wrong and I refused to pay. Six months later they corrected it (after threatening legal action). They checked the call (finally) and found it was the operators mistake. I had to get the telecommunication Ombudsman involved but it was worth it.
