Managed to steal stock BIOS from the first BIOS, re-inject it into the 2nd BIOS which brought it back from the dead then altered that BIOS back to the 6970 Unlock.

I tried to use RBE to alter the OC limits which ruined it in the first place as I am limited to 840mhz. Turns out my card doesn't like being OC'd to that anyway, hits 85.C on load when OC'd to 840Mhz. Hopefully with a few more fans I can correct that.
