My PC would probably explode trying to batch process or export a large amount of images - Lightroom is basically my computers cancer, the amount of bluescreens I've had since I started my little photography hobby started has quadrupled.

Sound like bad memory.  Run a mem test.

If that fails then try loosen the timings or bump ram voltage.

lightroom is buggy in general

I'd start with updating it to latest (assumnig you've installed it the proper way)

then disabling gpu accel and seeing how it goes

also look into the memory management and see if it is setup correctly
