Im not including the new sub divisions builds happening now with area contracted wholesellers. Thats another set of politics all together.

UFB is in its second year of full scale roll out, part of a multi-year plan. I wouldn't call that "testing". And there are far more than 100 UFB customers in CHCH, let alone in other areas around the country
